How many times per week should I do Pilates?
Two to three times per week is ideal, but Pilates is gentle enough to do every day.  Even if you attend just once per week, you will see results.

Are the instructors at A-Pilates Studio certified? 
All instructors at A-Pilates Studio are certified by the PHI Pilates Institute. 


How long before I see results?
Every body is different; therefore, every body responds differently to the workout. Some of our clients have noticed improvement in as few as three sessions.

Will Pilates help me lose weight?
Pilates increases strength which will increase your muscle mass.  Having more muscle, increases your metabolism which in combination with a healthy diet and a regular cardio routine will help you lose body fat. 

Do I need to be in great shape to start?

NO… The important thing is that you DO START! We have clients of all shapes and sizes and everyone benefits.
